My visit to Carlos Acevedo Odontologi was wonderful from start to finish. The reception staff greeted me with a smile, and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Alexandra took the time to explain my treatment options and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.The office is clean, modern, and the assistants were very attentive. I’m usually nervous about dental visits, but they really put me at ease. I left feeling cared for and confident about my dental health. I highly recommend them.❤️

The service and congeniality of all the staff has been exceptional since I arrived in 2022. Sugey, Dra Alexandra and Dr Jaime are super and very professional. Equal to the services and experiences I was accustomed to in Canada. Keep up the good work !

MUST READ! This is THE dentist!! The 1992 Olympic Dream team of NBA All Stars! Read this carefully as you will not regret coming it. Traveled to Colombia specifically for dental work. After interviewing over 12 dentists in person where fees were paid for x-rays, consult, etc., Finally, I decided on a dentist in Baranquilla that came recommended from the US. What the dentist said in the beginning did not match what was done later. From changing schedule and planning to later experiencing poor quality work and low quality veneers. Left me with an infection and soup diet for more than 2 weeks. Fired that dentist and started researching again for a new dentist. This time, I found Carlos Acevedas office. The office came up with the highest qualifications in the dentistry field. I wish I had researched certifications and level of skill sooner than just interviewing in person as I was hesitant to hire someone from abroad. What I experienced at Acevedos office was something remarkable.... I went into the office, and they immediately knew what had to be done based on my expectations. The superb level of skill and service is completely unmatched. This visit literally was a dream come true and something I've been planning for over 8 years. They have a specialist in-house for every area of dentistry. I always asked a lot of questions that may come off irratible to some people, but they were so happy to help with everything I inquired about. Asking specific questions they will refer you to their best on staff specialist as they each have their own area of expertise. They communicate with you from beginning to end. Even after being back in the US  we are still in touch. This is THE dentist office you need to see. Go in for a consultation and see for yourself. My mouth was a disaster and always embarrassed to smile. I had done extraction, Micro-surgery, implant and crowns, and an entire mouth full of porcelain veneers. I kept their office busy, and they made me feel like I was part of their family. They really do have a team of ALL STARS artists who look at each new mouth as an individual case. I have received nothing but compliments since my visit with them, which was never the case. People are telling me that I have a million dollar Colgate smile! On other occasions, I've caught random strangers just staring at my teeth in awe! Unbelievable feeling i'll never get used to. I am going back in a few months, and i'm excited to return to finish the last portion. This office doesn't advertise like some others do. They are a humble group of dentists who will listen to you and understand English better primarily because they are higher educated than other dentists I've seen. Exceptional level of professionalism that you just dont see in the US! This is literally the BEST dentist in all of northern Colombia! As I've traveled to different cities in search of hiring one. Let this review save you money and time since i did all the leg work for you. Thanks to them, I now have a better hygienic routine thanks to them. They completely fixed my bite, and i'm no longer grinding my teeth. And on top of everything else, their prices are unbelievable for the high quality of veneers they fabricate. Not just compared to American market prices but also compared to local Colombian! No outsourcing everything done through them and their team of specialists! True masters of their craft. None of the other dentists even come close! Love their girls at the reception, the assistants, the surgeons, and all of the dentists! It was such a beautiful experience watching them work together, great synergy, and give each other feedback to receive the best results. They have the utmost respect for  each others opinion.
