I want to thank the team of Dr Carlos Acevedo especially Dr Jaime Gonzalez for their great work. I’m sorry for the late response due to I had recently lost my mom and the my job after working with the company for almost 11 years. I have been going through a very stressful time. After I had a terrible experience with Joysmile Dr Anulfo Colombia Dentist Implant, cost me several trips back to Colombia. The job was very inferior. Each time I went back it cost me airfare, hotel accommodation and also have to pay. My treatment that was quoted for about $8000 dls end up costing me over $20,000 dls plus airfare and hotel accommodation each time I had to go back. I will not recommend Joysmile period. Dr Samia who work alongside Dr Anulfo did a great job. I have pictures to show the terrible job he did. It took me a long time to post this. In the beginning I went to Dr Carlos Acevedo who has a great team working with him but did not hear back from them until after I had already started working with Joysmile. I ended up going back to Dr Carlos and he had to redo everything which cost me a lot. Great job even though it was not I wanted but had to go that route due to I could not of afford the original work with was done by Dr Anulfo. I was told that he would reimburse me money for work that did not hold up and came apart less than 6 months. Very inferior material and broke from eating eggs and chicken nuggets. Sorry it’s was a very back experience that left me dramatized and had to be wearing a mask until I could get the time to go back to Colombia. Dr Carlos facility has all the equipment and I regret not starting with him and his great team who is very very nice courteous and Dr Jaime 5 stars to his patience. I highly recommend Dr Carlos Avevdo and his highly professional team. Thanks for every thing. In the beginning I was so nervous because of my terrible experience before and I’m still very careful what and how I eat even though the material and job is by far superior. Thanks again everyone !!!

I’m extremely happy with my dentist here in Barranquilla, Colombia! The entire team speaks English, the staff is so friendly, and Dr. Carlos Acevedo did an excellent job cleaning and caring for my teeth. The professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. I’ll definitely be considering teeth whitening on my next trip. Highly recommended! 🇨🇴😁🦷

These dentists did absolutely impeccable work. I had 4 issues (crown, filling redo, cavity, and more, addressed over 3 days. I saved a bundle and had a fun trip to Colombia. Win win. Def among the best dentists I’ve worked with!

My visit to Carlos Acevedo Odontologi was wonderful from start to finish. The reception staff greeted me with a smile, and I didn’t have to wait long. Dr. Alexandra took the time to explain my treatment options and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way.The office is clean, modern, and the assistants were very attentive. I’m usually nervous about dental visits, but they really put me at ease. I left feeling cared for and confident about my dental health. I highly recommend them.❤️
