Everything is planned before we start: that is why the procedure is more precise, less invasive, and in many cases allows for a shorter recovery.
06 — Your case
These are the three most common routes. Which one fits you is defined at diagnosis.
You're missing one tooth. We place the implant and its crown without touching or wearing down neighboring teeth.
You're missing several teeth in a row. With two implants at the ends we support a fixed bridge of three or more crowns.
You're missing a full arch or wear a removable denture. Four or six implants support a fixed set of teeth.
07 — After surgery
First 24–48 hours
Local cold compress, soft diet and relative rest. The discomfort is comparable to or less than a tooth extraction.
First week
You resume your normal routine. Between day 7 and 10 we remove the stitches and check healing.
3 to 6 months
The bone finishes integrating. Periodic checkups to verify everything is progressing as it should.

The cost depends on how many teeth you need, the state of your bone, the implant brand and the crown material. That's why we don't publish a generic figure — it would be made up without knowing your case. At your consultation you get a complete written quote calculated for your situation.
A complete implant is three pieces: the implant, the abutment and the crown. When comparing quotes, always check which of the three are included.
No. The procedure is done under local anesthesia and is outpatient. The soreness afterward is comparable to or less than a tooth extraction.
A single implant takes between 30 and 45 minutes. If you need several teeth, the procedure can take a full morning.
From day one to the final crown, it takes between 4 and 6 months. With good hygiene and periodic checkups, an implant can last you decades.
Yes, that's exactly the point of the treatment. Unlike a removable denture, the implant is fixed and doesn't move while chewing.
With a bone graft or a sinus lift we can rebuild the volume needed before the implant. Many cases turned down at other clinics are viable with 3D planning.
There is no maximum age. The requirement is that facial growth has finished, around age 18.
